At Kaizen Physiotherapy & Performance, we aim to get the maximum out of your capabilities through our performance testing.
We have access to VALD Performance equipment. By using this industry leading kit, we can use accurate data to quantify where your strengths and weaknesses lie.
Armed with this data, we can continue to apply the Kaizen principle. Regardless of whether we’re trying to prevent re-injury, completing sports specific testing, or baseline performance testing.

Sometimes, life is too busy and it simply isn’t possible to attend the physio clinic in person (no matter how near our physio clinics are to Liverpool Street and Tottenham Court Road stations). At Kaizen we are happy to fit treatment around your lifestyle. Sometimes you might prefer a quick check-in or initial consultation online.
