Paddy Longden-Jefferson
Sports Massage Therapist
Paddy is a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist with 10 years of experience helping people stay active, recover effectively and perform at their best.
His journey into sports therapy began through rugby, where he discovered that working within sport was where his interests truly lay. Today, Paddy splits his time between clinical clients, corporate wellbeing and working with the first team at Queen’s Park Rangers.
With a personal passion for running and marathon training, Paddy has a particular understanding of the demands placed on the body through endurance sport. This has also led to him working with many runners preparing for races and other running events.
Paddy takes a proactive approach to soft tissue therapy, focusing on injury prevention and recovery from training. He believes that it is easier to keep the body healthy than to try to patch it back together once an injury has occurred.
His understanding of movement allows him to create effective, individualised treatment plans, taking into account each client’s lifestyle, training demands and personal goals. He uses a range of techniques to help improve mobility and functionality while supporting optimal recovery.
Paddy believes that treatment shouldn’t be painful, but it should be purposeful. His aim is to provide treatment that has a clear benefit and helps clients continue doing the things they enjoy.
