Ben is one of London’s leading experts on golf fitness. His tried and tested approach has led to significant improvements, not only with golf performance, but also with general fitness and avoiding injuries.
Alongside Ben’s Strength and Conditioning programme, Gus has several years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates exercises. Our first appointment will be include detailed questioning and thorough physical testing to get to the root of your problem. This will include movement screening specific to golf.

After identifying the problem, we will discuss available treatment options and personalise your care. Ensuring you are satisfied and on the path to recovery!

We will always send you your exercises via email. You will get access to videos of what you need to work on, including how many times you need to do them.

When necessary, we provide summary reports and clinical information to your doctors, ensuring all the necessary health care professionals are in close contact for the duration of your treatment.

We work closely with some of London’s finest in the health and wellbeing sector. If you work with a trainer, we will always send a progress report to them. Ensuring you are well looked after and continue exercising whilst on your path to recovery.
